October kicks off another drive for the Georgetown College men's and women's cross country teams. Following the overwhelming success of the shoe campaign a year ago, the Tigers once again are collecting worn out or no longer worn shoes.

Check your closets and bring in all shoes you no longer want. Drop them off in designated bins around campus. Unwearable shoes will be recycled to create synthetic surfaces for playgrounds and tracks, while all the good shoes will be donated to the AMEN House for the local charity to distribute to those in need.
