WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. — Dondre Mimms earned MSC First Team honors three times, the Lindsey Wilson men's team repeated as conference champions, and head coach Jamaine Gordon was named the MSC Men's Coach of the Year at the 2016 Mid-South Conference Track & Field Championships on Saturday at James H. Taylor II Stadium.

Mimms earned MSC First Team honors three times on Saturday by winning the 200 meter dash and 400 meter dash, and he was part of the winning 4x100 meter relay team. He set a program record in the 200 meter dash for the second-straight day with a national "A" standard time of  21.19 in the 200 meter dash, and he ran 49.38 in the 400 meter dash.

The Blue Raiders, who won their second conference championship in program history by totaling 282 points, earned points in 16 events on Saturday. Gordon was named the MSC Men's Track & Field Coach of the Year. It is the first time that he has earned the honor on the men's side.
