Fayette, Mo. – HLGU traveled to Central Methodist University to participate in the spring invitational.  The weather cooperated with very little wind but a little colder than normal.   Freshman Ryan Lause continues his first place reign in the high jump with 1.90m (6' 2.75").  Transfer Andrew Summerlin had a great day today setting personal bests in the shot put 11.03m (36' 2.25") and squeezed into finals from the first flight finishing with a throw of 36.98m (121' 3.7").  "Andrew continues to improve in his throws after taking two years off from competing.  I am excited to see how the rest of the season continues for him."
