[Men's Cross Country] LTU takes sixth place at Lansing Invitational, NAIA Great Lakes ...

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The Lawrence Technological (Mich.) University men's cross country team placed sixth out of 17 teams at the Lansing Community College Invitation held at Grand Woods park in Lansing, Mich.

The Blue Devils were led by Malik Jordan (SO/Wayne, Mich.) who ran 27:07 and placed 14th out of 175 runners.  Majority of the teams who competed in the 8K race were Junior College, NAIA and NCAA Division III schools.  Jordan was followed by Tanner Flint (JR/Corinth, NY) (32nd | 27:52), Brendan Koch (FR/Macomb, Mich.) (50th | 28:29), Jimmy Hoeflier (63rd | 28:56), Sam Toward (JR/Ortonville, MI) (94th | 29:50), Shane Mudd (SO/Midland, Mich.) (103rd | 30:45), and Brendon Clover (SR/Commerce, Mich.) (108th | 30:55).
