CHICAGO – Saint Xavier University sophomore Ellie Willging (Freeport, Ill./UIC/Freeport) was named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week Wednesday morning when the league office announced the award.  She hit the "A" standard with her personal-best time of 17:33.98 in the 5,000-meter run (5K) to claim the weekly honor.  The highest NAIA finisher in the event, Willging placed 15th overall in a competitive field of 104 runners at the Washington University Invite in St. Louis, Mo., last Friday.  Her time also set a new school record in the event shattering the old record of 17:48.41 set by Amy Poull in 2010.
