[Men's Track] BULLDOGS COMPETE AT TERRIER RELAYS

Spartanburg, S.C. – The Bulldogs competed last weekend at the fifth annual Terrier Relays hosted by Wofford College.

Senior Joseph Mullen earned himself two new school records and another NAIA A Standard this past weekend. Mullen ran a new school record in the 1,500m where he finished second overall in the race with a time of 3:54.44. His time for that event was also a NAIA A Standard. This is his second national qualifying standard he has run this outdoor season. Later in the afternoon, he led the 4x800m relay team to a school record. The relay team shattered the previous school record, finishing second overall with a time of 7:50.06. 

The 4x100m relay team also ran a school record and hit a NAIA B Standard at the meet. The relay team won the race with a time of 41.88. The team consisted of freshman Cadarius Harris, junior Steven Dodd, freshman Jake Morgenstern, and sophomore Avery Hubbard

In addition to anchoring the 4x100m relay team to a victory, Hubbard also won the 100m dash. Hubbard won with a time of 10.70, which is also a NAIA B Standard. 

Finally, sophomore Roderick Bowman won the 5,000m race with a time of 15:09.38

The Bulldogs will be competing at the Tennessee Relays this weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee.
