COLUMBIA, Ky. – Nikki Coffey finished third and Maria Cozzens finished seventh to propel Lindsey Wilson women's cross country to a runner-up team finish at the Mid-South Conference Cross Country Championships in Bowling Green, Ky. on Saturday.

Coffey, who was the third to finish the 5k course at Phil Moore Park in a time of 18:56.7, and Cozzens, who crossed the line in seventh-place with a time of 19:26.2, both received first-team all conference honors and automatic qualifiers to the NAIA Cross Country Championship on Nov. 21 in Charlotte, N.C. Coffey also received MSC Freshman of the Year honors after recording the highest finish as a freshman in the competition.
