Samantha Goff won the 3000 meter steeplechase for the second consecutive meet as the University of Jamestown competed in the Al Cassell Relays in Jamestown Saturday.

"We had a lot of good efforts today," said UJ women's coach Jim Clark. "It was not a bad day, but was just cold enough so you had to keep moving and work at keeping your body warm all day."
