[Women's Outdoor Track & Field] Tabor Women Finish 7th at KCAC ChampionshipPublished by
North Newton, KS – The Tabor College women's track team finished seventh at the KCAC track meet at Bethel College in North Newton, KS on May 1-2. Seniors Brielle Lund and Kristen Lynn Harris led the young Bluejay team all season long and it was no different at North Newton. Harris won the pole vault (3.35m/10'11.75") and placed second in the 400 meter hurdles (1:05.84), earnin all-conference honors in each event. Harris also ran a leg of the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relays which finished 7th. Lund garnered all-conference merit finishing third in both the 1500 meters (5:08.73) and the 5000 meters (19:35.72).
