The Bushnell University cross country and track & field programs are excited to announce a Winter Recruit Weekend, taking place on January 14-15, 2022.

The Bushnell men's cross country team ended their 2021 campaign on Friday at the NAIA National Championship, taking place at Fort Vancouver.

It's the biggest weekend of the year thus far as two teams and one individual compete in national championship events and the basketball teams hosts the Beacon Classic.

The Bushnell Men's Cross Country team has been awarded the Host Bid for the NAIA National Championship Tournament, taking place on November 19 in Vancouver, Washington.

In what can only be called the strongest conference race in the NAIA, the Bushnell men's cross country team took seventh place on Friday at the CCC Championship, behind six teams all ranked in the NAIA Top-25.

A full slate is on tap for Bushnell Athletics this weekend, including the Cross Country conference championships, the start of the basketball season, and the end of the volleyball regular season.

On Tuesday the Cascade Collegiate Conference announced the student-athletes who earned U.S. Bank Academic All-Conference honors in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball. 31 members of the Bushnell teams were selected.

The Beacons had their most competitive race thus far on Saturday, running in the Lewis-Clark Invitational at the Lewis-Clark State College Cross Country Course. Three of Bushnell's five runners posted lifetime bests in the race.

After a three-week hiatus, the Bushnell cross country teams returned to action on Friday at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Preview Meet, hosted by Oregon Tech at the Running Y Ranch. Both teams came away with second-place finishes.
