Indoor track and field competed at the Carol Robinson Pentathlon at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kan., last Friday, December 10. Jesse Muntz, a senior from Dexter, Kan., scored 3331 in the pentathlon, with five events including the high jump, long jump, shotput, 60 meter hurdles and 1000 meter dash, breaking the school record. The previous record was held by Josh Garlich with a score of 3241 set in 2004. This is Muntz's second school record. Last year, he broke the school record in the heptathlon with a score of 4540.
