Gulf Shores, Ala. – Kristen Garwood (SR/Springfield, Ill.) just raced her final collegiate race at the NAIA Outdoor National Track & Field Championship last week.  She competed in the 10K and came in third place with a time of 36:42.58.  Her senior year was capped off under first year head coach Andy Lemons who helped challenge Kristen to reach several personal goals.
