MADISON, S.D. – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) held its outdoor track & field conference meet on May 11 through May 13 at Beebe Track on the campus of Waldorf (Iowa) University.  Jamestown (N.D.) won its first-ever NSAA women's outdoor track & field conference title with 191 points.

The postseason awards included Most Valuable Field Athlete and Most Valuable Track Athlete at the conference meet.  Coach of the Year was also selected.

Kaiann Arellano (SO/Jamestown, N.D.) of Jamestown was named NSAA Most Valuable Field Performer.  Samantha VanHeuveln (SR/Danvers, Minn.) of Jamestown earned the NSAA Most Valuable Track Performer.

UJ's Jim Clark was named NSAA Oudoor Track & Field Women's Coach of the Year.

The top three placers in individual events  and top two placing relay teams earned All-Conference honors.
