NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (Women's Cross Country) – If it seems like Sarah Biehl (SR/Lowell, Ohio) has been rewriting the Shawnee State women's cross country program record books, that's because the senior has done nothing but throughout her four-year career with the Bears.

On Saturday morning, Biehl turned in what could quite possibly stand as the most impressive cross country time that the Lowell, Ohio native has ever ran in a Shawnee State uniform as the harrier ran a fast time of 22:50.1 en route to rewriting the 6K record books once again and placing eighth in a field full of NCAA Division I and III competitors at the Brother Doyle Meet of Champions at Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.
