LAWRENCE, KAN. (Nov. 24, 2014) -- (Results) The three women from the Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) cross-country team ran quality races, according to Head Coach Stephen Sherman. Jazmine Garcia (FR/Zapata, Texas), Gabriela Guerrero (FR/McAllen, Texas) and Erica Ramos (JR/El Paso, Texas) participated in the 35th Annual NAIA Women's Cross Country National Championships on Saturday.

Sherman commented, "I am very happy for and proud of the group that ran at the NAIA meet. Each year we go, our performances are getting better and better. We are learning how to run with the best. We have said all year that it is not good enough just to make it to the NAIA meet; once we are there we have to do something with the opportunity. I feel like we did just that."
