JOLIET, Ill. – University of St. Francis seniors Hilary Halford (Antioch, Ill./ Carmel) and Chelsea Rimington (Lena, Ill./ Lena-Winslow) and sophomore Brooke Johnson (Flat Rock, Mich./ New Boston Huron) have been named to the Capital One Academic All-District College Division Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
