JOLIET, Ill. – Kristian Hernandez (Crest Hill, Ill.), a distance runner from Lockport High School, has signed a letter of intent to attend University of St. Francis and join head cross country and track & field coach Jeff Barker's teams beginning in the fall of 2014.
