TWC Track and Field signed Edra Gipson from Valdosta, Georgia on Friday, August 8th.  The Georgia signee red-shirted this past year at the University of the Cumberlands.  The exercise science major has ran such impressive times such as: 10.52 in the 100 meter dash, and 21.73 in the 200 meter dash.  "Edra will have an immediate impact to our already deep sprint program.  We're really looking forward to how he will help drive the team's competition as we train for the spring season", said Coach Jakubowski.  "Edra was such a great recruit that I can't wait to see how he contributes to our relay teams in the spring", said Coach Barker.
